Well it’s about time I have done it again here is what I have won:
You’ve got to be in the draw to win it 🙂
It’s been a busy month so far it was my niece Sarah’s birthday on the 12th she and her boyfriend got to go over to New Zealand to help celebrate her boyfriends grandfathers birthday over there.
Last week I went and got another blood test to see if I need my Thyroid medication levels to be changed and next week on Wednesday I’m going to get rigged upped for my home sleep study to see if I also have sleep apnea which will take 10 days for the results to come back to me.
As for my wonderful man he has had a hard few weeks back since his holidays he had to attend two funerals for his work which really shook him up and is trying to catch up on what wasn’t done while he was away the poor bugger and he has been unwell to boot but what can you do the bills still have to be paid hey meh.
I love Summer weather it’s my fave time of the year it makes me feel so upbeat like I’m walking on air and so wonderfully happy I’m so glad it’s finally here this year after the awful wild and windy and very cold weekend we just had the warmer weather is very welcome.
These are the things I love the most about the summer months you can go Swimming:
You can eat Ice cream:
and my faves you can go shopping in the air con or go to the movies in the air con:
I just love summer 🙂
Here are some summer music to get you ready for the best part of the year:
This is the new No 1 song on the Aria charts this week What About Us by Pink she knocked Despacito off from it’s long rein of 16 weeks at the top of the charts which if I were Pink I would be proud as punch of that. Stay tuned for Pink’s new album Beautiful Trauma on Oct. 13.
I have been asking that very question a lot lately What About Us when will it be me and my mans turn to have our cake and eat it too we have gone through so much over the last 14 years together the good and the bad but lately nothing seems to be going our way we have both worked so hard and yet we keep falling short of our goals it always seems like we take two steps forward and three steps back it’s so very frustrating and I know that me being hit with unwellness hasn’t helped with us achieving our goals which is really hard when I’ve gone from being someone with passion and drive and enthusiasm to not even wanting to get out of bed most days which I always make myself do because who wants that for themselves and I also know that it could always be worse because I always strive to be positive and optimistic as I have always done but that is now a lot harder when you wake up everyday feeling unwell. Having said all this I wouldn’t change a thing and I’m Looking forward to the next chapter with you my wonderful man I love you oxox.
How cool is this:
I am also very grateful to have this year upgraded our mobile phone from a Samsung Galaxy S4:
To a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
Maybe I can set a new goal for myself and make a anti gravity cake drawing inspiration from the Samsung phones lol.
I have always loved drinking Milk but if I drink too much it doesn’t agree with me over the past year in my quest for what’s going on with my health and trying to look after myself better I’ve decided to go lactose free which is making me feel a lot better and I can go back to drinking Milk again without any consequences which is really good. Here is the Milk I now drink:
Occasionally I break the rules and indulge in Milk chocolate with nuts as long as I only eat it in moderation it doesn’t affect me to much here are my fave Milk chocolate with nuts products to indulge in:
What is your fave types of milk/milk chocolate products to indulge in ?
This is what is happening for me and my family in July it’s currently June/July school holidays and my man John is up in Cairns looking after his 14 year old son it’s hard for my man when his son doesn’t bring his student ID with him so they can’t go to places at local discount prices when you also have to fork out $768 per month in child support and pay for my stepsons food and entertainment on top it’s also winter and even though it doesn’t get as cold there as here in Mackay it has had moments of quite cold weather and rain up there so that also makes it hard to do things the last thing my man wants is a sick child or send him home sick and miss even more days off school.
It’s also my beautiful Niece Dana’s 20th birthday on the 10th of July I hope she has a wonderful day.
As for me I’m looking after our fur babies and our house while John is away I am also going to be preparing for my upcoming home sleep test next month I got all the documents and info to read and fill out for that today I didn’t realise how much you have to do beforehand. I hope you all have a wonderful July 🙂
Well it’s finally the Weekend and as I’m still fatigued I will not be doing too much but I still have a few choices and here they are:
My computer I can listen to music on Spotify whilst going through my emails and social media sites etc.
My gaming computer I can play games on my gaming computer.
My xbox one I can play games on my xbox one.
I can watch tv shows and movies on my netflix account on my blu ray player.
So no matter what I choose to do this weekend it’s going to be a fairly laid back one it looks like the weather isn’t going to be very nice anyways so it’s just right for indoor activities.
Here are some songs to get you in the mood for the Weekend:
I hope you all have a wonderful Weekend no matter what you do 🙂
Hello my fellow blogger friends I thought I would update you on how things are with me I went back to the doctors last week saw a new doctor as my doctor was away and once again I asked about my fatigued and told him I can only drive 20 mins then I’m buggered or if I do some household chores in the morning I have to rest in the afternoon as I’m buggered he asked me some questions as I have been asked these questions before several times I thought once again nothing would happen thank god I had John with me again as back up to confirm what I was going through I told him I’ve been like this for over a year now and want some answers and I then was shocked he gave me what I’ve been after for this whole last year a sleep study test referral now I’m just waiting for them to ring me back for a appointment to get rigged up to a machine to take home for a night and hopefully I will get some answers on my fatigue and sleep issues for the first time in a long time I felt like I had been heard when I left the doctors office I started crying I just couldn’t believe it. I’m now on two different meds for my Thyroid during the week I’m good because I’m on 85mgs and then it’s a struggle come the weekend I’m only on 10 in the morning and 10 in the arvos as my thyroid specialist doesn’t want me to overdose on them if you get too much you can go to hyper instead of hypo and cause more problems for yourself. Thank You all for your love and support oxox.
Today’s post is all about Animals growing up on a cane farm in north Queensland we had all types of animals the cuddly cute types and also the scary dangerous types of Animals on the farm here are the cute cuddly ones we had (these are just pics from the internet not of the actual Animals we had):
We had many types of dogs on the farm we had a German Short-Haired Pointer called Angie.
We had a few Rottweilers over the years Mama Cass (Mama Cass had 8 puppies on my 8th birthday) and Emma.
We had one Chiwawa called Hoey named after the Chiwawa Ren Hoek in Ren and Stimpy he was so brave for a little guy he took on a pack of pig dogs to try and save his human family.
We had a lot of cats over the years to many to mention but we loved them all. We had a Tabby called Tom he was special as he loved our dogs and was always cuddling up to them who said cats and dogs can’t be friends.
We had a pure white cat called Bianca (means white female in Italian) she had different coloured eyes and wasn’t blind or deaf and she was a true survivor (just like her human mum me is) she and her kittens went missing for days we think she took on a dingo to save her kittens she came back to us all scratched up and almost dead she slept on my bed for days and came to and was all good she lived until she was 20 years old.
We had a Wallaby called Yo Yo he went with us everywhere he would hold onto my dresses and I would pull him around he came with me to school when Mum had tuck shop duties at school.
We had a lot of Guinea pigs over the years the poor things didn’t last long as either our dogs or neighbours dogs or snakes would get to them.
We had one rabbit called Easter.
We had ducks which would swim in a old bath tub in our back yard.
We had Chickens and Rosters the chickens would supply us with and eggs and the rosters would chase us lol.
We had lots of Green Tree Frogs around the house and yard they used to live in our toilets and bath tub upstairs.
We had lots of different types of Butterfly’s around the place too my fave the Blue ulysses butterfly.
I always loved seeing Christmas Beetles as that meant it was almost Christmas time and they are so pretty to look at.
Now for the scary dangerous ones:
We had lots of rats around which is why we had lots of cats to chase them and eat them I hate them they used to chew our electric cables and I was cleaning through my stuff one day and found a whole family of them in my box of stuffed animal toys and teddy bears as I put my hand in mummy rat went crawling up my arm and down my back I never in my life screamed and sweared so loud lol.
We had lots of spiders of different types mostly huntsman’s but this one year we had a horde of spiders that would live on the toilet roll handle and come out at you and hiss they were very scary we had to wear shoes everywhere and not put our clothes on the floor.
We had lots of snakes all different types green tree snakes which were beautiful to look at from afar and we had eastern brown, taipans, red belly blacks, carpet snakes just to name a few we couldn’t go for a walk at night as there would be thousands of them on the dirt road.
We had lots of wild pigs around the country side I was walking one day and came across a mummy pig and her baby pig and I was chased by mummy pig I had never run so fast in my life.
We had a few dingo’s around the country side as well.
We had plover birds around the cane farm nesting in the cane fields they were ok unless you went near a nest then they would attack you which happened a few times making me run home.
We had lots of bugs I was always getting bitten by something scorpions in the pool, praymantis on the windows, elephant and rhinoceros beetles that our dogs had trouble with to just name a few.
We had tons of cane toads around every day I would have to get the broom to get one out of our down stairs shower they are so gross.
With wild pigs came pig hunting dogs that are trained to hunt and kill the wild pigs in our area the problem was is that the people who owned the pig dogs didn’t care about them and would just let them go and leave them to kill people’s pets and livestock we lost our Chiwawa and our neighbors lost their cow and calf.
Here is a song called Animals 🙂
Here is my other blog about my current Animals in my family:
I’ve always been fascinated by dreams whether they are the dreams we have in the night or the dreams we want to be or do in life. I don’t always remember my dreams in my sleep but when I do I like to look up what the dream may mean it’s lots of fun and makes my laugh at the meanings here are some for you to look up what your dreams may mean:
Loewenberg calls this dream a “red flag from your subconscious.” She believes this dream is common in people who are having a major life problem with work, relationships, or elsewhere. Grant’s work concurs with this viewpoint, even citing the same examples.
The experts greatly disagree on this one. Wallace views teeth as a symbol of power and confidence. This dream is supposedly a sign that something happened in the dreamer’s life that has caused him or her to lose confidence. According to Grant, teeth are a bad omen and represent a broken relationship. Lawrence has a Freudian answer to this dream. For women, she believes the dream is an example of wish-fulfillment—they want to become pregnant. For men, it is a desire for sexual stimulation.
The experts largely agree that this dream represents vulnerability and anxiety. Wallace’s research reveals that this dream is “common to people who have accepted a promotion, gone off to a new job, or who are coming into public view.”
Lawrence has observed that only perfectionists tend to have recurring stressful test-taking dreams. She alleges that the dream reminds a person to stay alert. Loewenberg believes that in adults, these dreams draw parallels between school and a job. Because both places see a lot of pressure-filled situations, Loewenberg associates this dream with work stress.
Lawrence’s interpretation is that this dream “reveals the wish to terminate something in life: a relationship, a job, a career path, or even the past.” Grant’s dictionary emphasizes that this dream is not necessarily a nightmare. Rather, he repeatedly states that it is a dream meant to encourage a person to embark on a new endeavor or fresh start.
Wallace names this as one of the dreams his clients have the most. He believes the actual celebrity is relevant and may reveal what talents the dreamer values. In Dream on It, Loewenberg writes that celebrities are a symbol of a personal need for recognition.
Despite the nightmarish feel of this dream, Wallace considers it a positive sign. He believes that this dream is supposed to encourage the dreamer to finally face a problem that has been hanging over his or her head. Loewenberg encounters this dream more often in women than men.
Most of these authorities agree that this dream should not be taken as clairvoyance. According to Loewenberg, “The cheating dream happens when your mate is spending too much time and attention on something that does not involve you.” Similarly, Lawrence notes a lack of trust in a romantic relationship tends to spark this dream.
This dream might be a sign that someone is overwhelmed and doing too much, according to Wallace. On a related note, Grant interprets this lateness as a warning: “Don’t make promises you can’t keep.”
Wallace claims that the dream encourages a person to let go of current issues and allow things to ”fall naturally into place.” Similarly, flying is a sign that there is an out of control situation in real life, according to Grant.
Grant understands this dream as a sign that the dreamer is having problems. Lawrence views it as a need, either to start a creative project or become a parent. Or the dream may be representative of a new idea that has recently come to the person, as Loewenberg believes.
The interpretations of this dream are just as cliché as expected. For example, Wallace writes, “You may feel that you don’t have enough control on your road to success.” Grant warns that this is a sign that a current bad habit may become a long-term problem.
